He contacted me frequently with regular updates as this was not my property of residence. I was informed of any further work that was needed and extra costs incurred. Finished on time and myself and my tennants were thrilled with the results. No complaints and thoroughly recommend!

Iain supplied quote to remove bathroom sink, radiator and bath taps to replace with new replacements I had purchased. We accepted his quote and he then arrived on the agreed date, worked quickly and efficiently to replace everything we agreed. He then returned after a few days to ensure everything remained sealed. I am extremely pleased with the result and with Iain's friendly and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in requesting Iain's expertise with other projects in my home.

Excellent and friendly plasterer, did a great smooth job on a bedroom and bathroom ceiling that was artexed and had some damage from cracks and old fitted wardrobes. Would recommend and will use again for other jobs in the future.

Delroy did a very good job of skimming walls and ceiling and painting in my living room, staircase and hallway, at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the results, will be using him in the future. Delroy is a really nice guy, trustworthy, willing to advise, his recommendations were sound and professional.
