Nick Winters, the contractor, carried out the work within three days of first contacting him. The work consisted of replacing some rotting wood and the re- felting. I couldn’t have asked for a quicker and better service.

Midlands Home Maintenance completed the work to a extremely high standard and i fully recommend them.I shall use them again.Polite and friendly.Removed all rubbish from site.Many thanks to them for an excellent job.

Had my valley re sealed. Was done previously but was done poorly. They rectified all issues and now I have no leaks

No hesitation in recommending Jim . Refitted my kitchen with bew worktops sink tap etc. Then came and converted my bathroom to a utility room.

Chris completed a full refurbishment on my business which ranged from floor to kitchen fitting, plumbing, joinery, painting & carpentry. He was very quick to complete the full job & kept to the schedule he gave me which we planned together, well actually taking slightly less time saving me money too ! The whole refurbishment completed was to a very high standard and no corners were cut at all. I would consider Chris to be extremely trustworthy, friendly & incredibly competitive with pricing. I would highly recommend this tradesman for his workmanship & attention to detail. He has also completed some work to my house which was only simple plumbing & decorating but still trustworthy, honest & quick to complete. Highly recommended.

Danny provide great services at a reasonable price and helped on such quick notice due to having kids wanting to play in garden . Definitely be using again

I would score 10 if I could. Edmund and his work colleague Claude came to demolish and rebuild a brick wall. They are the most hardworking workmen we have met,they continued to work through one of the Hotest days of the year, and still had a sense of humour, they take pride in their work and enjoy what they do, I think they are versatile and can do many tasks. Brian did a good job and managed to do my ceiling right away. There were loads of cracks and it was bowing in the middle and he drilled up to stop it from collapsing. I will be having him come back to paint the ceiling to make it nice and fresh.

If I could give this builder 10stars I would.Made my toilet into a shower room.He came every day and didn't go and do jobs inbetween.To be honest he doesn't start early but works all day.My shower room is excellent he did a really good job and we are so grateful to him.Language a bit hard to understand sometimes but we got round that.I can really recommend this builder.

Matt came and painted my hall, stairs and landing....also lounge area. The house is relatively new so quite a straightforward paint job. I asked if he could paint my daughters hall, stairs landing and grandsons bedroom . Completely different ball game ...we were away whilst he was left to complete the job...the end result was areas missed...paint on carpet ...in more than one area which is ruined so not the best result we wanted. No response from Matt!!! There?s a surprise ..
