Mark and his team from Mark Richards Property Services designed and fitted a super kitchen for one of my rental properties. It was done in good time and to a professional standard. The cost was reasonable. Mark was approachable and I found him easy to talk to. I could trust him to be left to get on with the job.

The diretor was sincere and honest (not trying to bamboozle me with things I didn't want) and indeed suggested I had another 10 years in my power wiring unlike other quoters). His boys did the job professionally and to a high standard, always keeping me in the picture. They made minimum mess, cleaned up at the end of every day and I ended up with only 4 bits o plastering to repaint (the guys plastered the wall for me too afterwards). 10/10 would definitely recommend

i was happy to give the job to the chap after his first initial visit and agreed a time and date... but he didn't show up!! didn't bother to call or email to say why or to refuse the job!! no contact has been possible at all with simon. i can't comment obviously on the quality of his work but actions like this are unexceptable.i wasted a day waiting and calling this chap which could of been better spent on more reliable tradesmen.

We were given a very fair quote for the amount of work that was required. The date for the job was then organised for two days later - which we were very pleased with. The work was done to a high quality and we were pleased with the outcome. Would use the company again.

I was delighted with the workmanship of the decorators and would definitely recommend them to others. They worked very hard, were very pleasant and the papering and painting has been done to a high standard. They cleared up after themselves and followed up their visit with a courtesy call to see if everything was fine. A great choice and I would certainly use them again.
