I would like to thank Shaun once again. I think I was very lucky to find him. He did a great job that lasted for a month and involved complete refurbishment of two bathrooms including installation of underfloor heating with a thermostat, Bisazza mosaics and thick Apavisa tiles, Matki shower cabin, Grohe rain showers with mixers, Duravit and Ideal Standard kits and mirror cabinets. Very professional, quick, diligent and responsible – very nice guy too! 10 out of 10 – highly recommend!. Oksana

Delighted with the work carried out. The bathroom renovation was carried out on time, to budget & with excellent attention to detail, a really 1st class professional job. Easy to explain and discuss my ideas with the tradesman who was extremely friendly and helpful, & most importantly, carried out the job with the minimum of mess and distrurbance. I will definately be inviting this company to quote for jobs I have in the future & have already recommended them to 2 friends.

Craig was very efficient. He completed the work ask of him. He also took before photos and after photos so I could see what he had done. For anybody who is scared of heights and hence scared to climb ladders to get to the the roof. The photo's were invaluable. The price I paid was Excellent. (Very affordable). I will definately use him again.

I HAD MY HOME COMPLETLY RE POINTED TO AN EXCELLENT STANDARD. I ALSO HAD A LARGE CHIMNEY STACK TAKEN DOWN AND RE BUILT AGAIN.
I FOUND SHAUN PURDIE TO BE THE MOST RELIABLE HARD WORKING BUILDER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR HIS WORKMANSHIP TO ANYONE WHO WANTED A PROFFESSIONAL JOB COMPLETED AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

David has done a splendid job and managed difficulties in a cheerful and positive way. He charged a reasonable price and stuck to it. He was well prepared, punctual, hard working and respectful and kept the mess to a minimum.He consulted me and kept me well onformed when necessary, without fuss or intrusion. I would recommend him.

We were contacted by SMD and they visited us promptly and quoted for the work required. Not only were we satisfied with the finished product and their pricing was competitive we continued to use SMD for a variety of other jobs - plastering, plumbing, decorating and general building work + they helped us out with a few minor emergencies. Overall we are satisfied with the work done, it was good value for money and would recommend them to anyone else in need of similar work.

Paul did a very easy to do business with. He responded to e-mails very quickly, and was very transparent on what he would do. He gave me links to all the products he was planning to use and let me choose, and even buy the materials myself. His work was very competent and tidied up afterwards, would recommend him to others. One niggle is that he did not take away the rubbish afterwards, but I did not agree that upfront which was probably fair.

Neil gave a fare price over the phone and the labour was a fixed price we agreed on. Extra work had to be done and they
only charged for materials.
The plasterers were very efficient and left the job very tidy.

Really pleased with Richard's work; thorough, conscientious and professional. He took a long time over our job and wasn't daunted by its challenges. He was very up-to-date with regulations and able to advise appropriately.

My job was a full re-wire which is a big and very 'dusty' job but i was completely happy with everything that was done.

We employed this company to take down a small building and rebuild, they asked for 50% of the money for materials came in took down building then we did not see them again.
