The company were on time and tidied up although the job was a lot more than I expected a good job was done and I am pleased with the result. The respone to my request on your site as was taken up quickly and a visit to see the job was just as quick. Manner was good and always asked where all points etc. were to go. Very dissapointed and let down. Due to unforeseen circumstances the first date arranged had to be changed but tradesman did not turn up on date and time arranged. No phone call or explanation either.
