Was contacted by this company by text and phone. I couldn't immediately get back to them and within 5 hours he started to send me rude and offensive text messages because I hadn't got back to him calling me a time waster, etc.
I was very unimpressed and he continued to come back with rude text messages at 10pm in the evening.

I have rated ESSDEC (Steve)as excellent. I received a very quick response to my email once posted on myworkman. He constantly kept in touch with regards to the job, liasing with my letting agent as I rent the property and live several 100 miles away. A professional job and a very professional manner. I was delighted with the workmanship of the decorators and would definitely recommend them to others. They worked very hard, were very pleasant and the papering and painting has been done to a high standard. They cleared up after themselves and followed up their visit with a courtesy call to see if everything was fine. A great choice and I would certainly use them again.
