Was contacted by this company by text and phone. I couldn't immediately get back to them and within 5 hours he started to send me rude and offensive text messages because I hadn't got back to him calling me a time waster, etc.
I was very unimpressed and he continued to come back with rude text messages at 10pm in the evening.

I have rated ESSDEC (Steve)as excellent. I received a very quick response to my email once posted on myworkman. He constantly kept in touch with regards to the job, liasing with my letting agent as I rent the property and live several 100 miles away. A professional job and a very professional manner.
