This is an excellent company. I commissioned them to carry out a rewire on a 2 bed flat. The initial quote was produced quickly and at a very competitive rate. The quality of work has been excellent - carried out to specification and on time. Very bad service. Arranged a date for the works to be done and the electrician didn't turn up. He did turn up the following week 1 and 1/2 hour late to what was arranged. The job was done but got over-charged in the end.

Ian from ICC came back to me on the quote the same day and offered to do the work the next morning. He arrived on time, carried out the work as required, and sorted out a problem for me. Despite a few hiccups, bathroom, boiler & fuseboard upgrade were completed in the given time frame at a competitive price. Happy with the end result, although will need a few finishing touches which i hadn't envisaged. However, this is probably due to the afore mentioned delays affecting the timing of the job in the company's busy schedule. Gavin & Tony were courteous, dedicated & very accommodating to changes throughout, providing regular updates & going beyond the call of duty to follow up.
