this firm is the most incompetdent i have come across.the job woz 2 take 4 taps off basin & bath & replce with new.i told the guy that the light in the bathroom was conected to an exactor fan & after 10 mins you get a burning smell so gave him a temporary light. he could not turn off the water to change the taps saing there was no service values & he would come back with sumone.he did not come back+there was service value on the pipes right at ground level. avoid like the plague.

very satisfied & happy with the work done 9/10
2.Re. other matters : very dissatisfied: 1/10
*Bath panel removed with a view to being replaced - not done - does not respond to phone calls/text messages
*Toilet/cistern joints/pipes unscrewed for easier access to below bath area, then replaced - joints now continuously leaking - returned to attempt to rectify problem with sealant - not successful - still leaking - ignores phone calls

I was really happy with the service I received from CJU Services. Conrad came on 2 occasions (in spite of the snow!), first to change a sink and then to mend a dripping tap. His prices are very reasonable (in fact, his quote was the cheapest of all the ones I received). He is very professional and I will definitely call him for any future plumbing work.

Nice during quote but very bad follow up. We had to call 4 times to try to get an appointement , sent 3 emails to finally being told that they were not available for the job. Promissing quote but Waste of time and Very disapointing.
