I would recommend HES, very proffesional approach. Excellant standard of work. We had a home survey and later a board and bonding upgrade. We will use then again as and when required and also be recommending them to friends and hangers on. |

HES responded promptly to my job.I was very impressed with the initial contact received when Dave came round to look at the job. I was given an estimate of the cost which was adhered to. The work was done to a high standard and could not be faulted. Dave did a thorough professsional job and was very approachable and happy to accept any changes of mind.I would and do recommend them to anybody. Home Electrical Survey Ltd responded promptly in detail to my job specification. I was immediately impressed The trade credentials were explained in this initial e-mail too. This was very reassuring. I was able to check the credentials out via the web. This was something that a lot of contractors don't do. I was given an estimate of the cost. These factors made me decide that I wanted to meet with HES at the property and obtain a firm quotation. On site I was llistened to but also given practical advice and felt that any alterations to my spec could be discussed at any future stage. I was obviously communicating with people with integrity.
Once engaged HES lived up to my expectations. The struck me as people who could be trusted. The quotation given was realistic and fair. The work was done to a high standard. At all stages HES have excelled at communicating with me. They make it easy to discuss matters with them and you never feel a nuisance. After work was finished and prior to being sent an invoice, I was asked to inspect the work and give feedback prior to payment. HES are not afraid to set high standards but also to listen to customer feedback. They seem to really want to offer a high level of service to the customer. What you see is what you get; they take pride in the job, respect the customer and give a very competitive quotation that reflects value for money. I would recommend them to anybody. Home Electrical Survey carried out a re-wire of our just bought 3 bed detached house in Worcester. They discussed the requirements and explained the options well. Work was more complicated than first thought due to the house style but their effort and approach was exemplary. The increase in costs was kept to a minimum and they were very fair. I would have no qualms with recommending these guys 100%. I will be using them again as and when needed. |
