Safely and securely mount a TV bracket to wall

I have a 65" TV (23kg) and wall bracket rated up to 50kg. I'd like it mounted on a plasterboard wall. I don't want it to fall so will need it mounted through the wall to the metal uprights behind the plaster. This may require a wood board installed on top of the plasterboard so it can be secured to the uprights, since there is a limited area where the TV will go which may not align with the uprights

Pane of glass removing from rotting garage door

Need a pane of glass (approx 24 x 7 inches) removing from rotting wooden garage doors - it will fall out if it's left very much longer) resulting hole will need covering until doors can be replaced or temporarily boarded over until time/weather allows this.

Quick cash job for five minutes work. I need round hole cut through kitchen cupboard to enable washing machine waste pipe to reach under sink. There is a 5 cm hole already there, although we did a bad job and it is oval shape. New hole will need to be about 8 cm dia to allow for hole already there. You will need your own hole cutter. I would like the job done ASAP please. Today if possible. £20

I would like to mount a 42" flat screen television on to a wall in the living room. The intended space will be on a chimney stack above an out-of-se fireplace. I have already purchased a multi-purpose bracket and simply require someone to install it.

Man needed with a long ladder for an easy job

I live in a third-floor flat. My cooker extractor vents to the outside: however the external cover is broken and birds are coming in to nest. I want to affix a wire grille over the opening onto the outside wall: this will involve drilling four holes in the masonry, inserting rawlplugs and then acrewing in the grille. It's an easy job which I would do myself - however the only problem is that the external wall is about 8 metres from the ground, and I do not have a ladder that long. If you have a long (triple) ladder and a van to carry it; you're not afraid of heights; and you fancy some easy money for a job which will take less than half an hour then let me know!

Wallpapering, fencing, lights

2 up 2 down house with a very small hall landing & stairs (4.5m from front door to top of stairs wall) needs wallpapering. 80% of the existing wallpaper has been removed only the area that is out of reach is left to remove. The condition of the walls is pretty much ready to line. 2nd job would like a white picket fence around the front wall of the house on top of existing brick wall. Would also like a triangular box on top of current flat lintel above front door and trellis on the sides to form a porch like structure. 3rd job may require an electrician but have some outside lights that need wiring on front of house. 4th job reposition light pendant in master bedroom to middle of ceiling. 5th job securely fix curtain rail in lounge to wall (wall seems impenetrable to normal drill!)

Assemble IKEA chest of drawers; install curtain tracks

1) Ikea chest of 9 drawers: ALEX, sku number 604.735.34; add casters (already purchased); put in positions. 2) Curtain tracks: (a) remove existing track, replace end stops, reinstall in position. (b) install new track in front of existing track (a); possibly help me rehang curtain. Tracks need to be ceiling mounted. 3) Microwave: Carry downstairs and pack in box for collection. WHEN: work needed this week.

Take down small build scaffolding, about half hour 21mm dril

Ten foot high roughly 4 standing poles and 3 planks of wood on top. Small job to just take down the scaffold built canopy. Requires 21mm head drill and ladder. I've got £65 for half hour job
