I wish all of my tradesmen were as professional as Simon. 7:59am every day he would pull up into the driveway. His team was here for two weeks. Plastered, painted, added skirting board in my spare bedroom, landing, and stairway. They also, last minute, added coving when I asked them too. They also ripped up old carpet, sorted a leak, and a few other things. There are not enough characters in the feedback form but honestly HIRE HIM. YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED!

Paul and his team came to render my house - worked hard and seemed to do a good job. I paid him in cash (did not get a receipt - foolish, I know) with the promise he would return the next day to finish off bits and pieces and bring proper receipt. He did not turn up. He rang a few days later and made another appointment. He did not turn up. He has failed to answer my emails or telephone calls and now the rendering is cracking and parts of it obviously need replacing.

The smaller, window wall is 2.25m wide, at a height of 1.71m. If it's not going to be much more expensive, I may get the other two walls skimmed as well....

He was extremely clean, and cleaned up everywhere at the end - he even offered to hoover the stairs for me! I will definitely book him again.
