Flush pipe for our toilet is leaking slightly at joint with cistern. Seal possibly failing due to age of installation (40 years +?), (maybe also limescale build up?). Probably just needs new flush pipe & top & bottom seals. (I can provide photo of leaking area of pipe if useful).

They damaged my gas pipe when fixing a water pipe and failed to make it good same day. I was without heating or hot water and hob all over Xmas and new year and they have not spoken with me. Anthony did an excellent job fixing my two bathrooms. In one he built a new walk in cubicle and shower and cleaned the tiles so it now almost looks like a showroom bathroom. In the other he put in a power shower and some new tiles. He also set new kitchen floor tiles and fixed a light switch. Everything was done quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Would strongly recommend.
