re-grouting, also replace shower door sealing strips

Existing tiles are fine but the nasty cheap grouting has deteriorated and needs replacing. The glass door to the shower has a leaky seal which I've duct-taped to avoid leakage. Would like a sealing solution to replace my current seals and guarantee absolutely no leakage. Can email pics if required.
