Lay artificial grass & make my garden more liveable

Need existing lawn removed and gravel on the sides to be replaced with artificial grass.
Generally make this a more child friendly garden and for us to be able to use it.
My existing lawn is non existent and mostly bald.
Ideally looking at getting this done around October time.
