Taking down, puting up a shed and laying concrete slabs

I have a 6' x 4' shed that I would like taken down and removed and them a 5. x 3' shed put together and put up. It will be on a path that is 3' wide so will need some concrete slabs cementing in under it. It was blown over and damaged a wall in the winter, which has now been fixed, but I would like for some way for it to be secured to the wall / ground as I do not want the same thing happening again.
