Accessibility to loft

Current access is via hallway upstairs requiring to push up on plastic covering in ceiling. Would like this replaced so that it pulls down, and when it is pulled down, a staircase/foldable ladder also comes down to allow to go up into loft. Also need wooden planks/flooring laid down in loft to allow us to access and use loft for storage
