Please see description of works needed below:
To strip and remove all paper from walls (half of which has already been done.)
To prepare the walls that have had the wallpapers removed.
To hang new wallpaper, supplied by us, on the walls that have been prepared, with the exception of the chimney breast
If possible to supply and hang 1200 gage lining wall paper to the chimney breast walls then paint with paint supplied by us (if supplying lining wall paper is not available then that can be provided)
To supply all materials so to box in the exposed pipe work on the chimney breast wall.

The following is dependable on the quote cost:
To prepare & paint all the skirting boards and door frames including one side of the living room door using oil based paints (colour: white)
To give the ceiling 2 coats of white matt emulsion ceiling paints.

And to clear all waste caused from the above works and leave clean and tidy on completion.
