I am looking to have the carpets taken up, and the floorboards underneath sanded and stained in two rooms.
Room 1 is approx 11' 7'' (3.53m) by 10' 3'' (3.12m) and room 2 is 11' 1'' (3.38m) by 10' 4'' (3.15m).
I'm looking for a guide price at this stage, and will be looking to have this work done in early September.
