minor repairs to front & back dividing fences + painting

I have a small (boundary) wooden picket fence - I would like to repair this (middle post needs replacing) at the front. The back dividing fence also needs re-securing it has moved-starting to lean by 3-4cms (middle post section) into neighbours back garden. Then I would like all my fences painted (protection).
