plaster/skimming walls of three rooms, repair/redo ceiling

Would like quote to remove wallpaper and skim or plaster walls of kitchen/diner (approx. 15x20ft), living room (approx 15'x13ft)and bedroom (approx. 10x12ft). Kitchen ceiling is currently artexed but damaged in one area and would like to know if possible to skim whole ceiling or would need to replace it.
