Recently moved into a house and looking for a builder to undertake a number of jobs as part of renvovating the living room which measures approx. 4 x 5m.
The work would roughly involve;
i) Re-plastering two walls which have been affected by damp and replacing skirting boards.
ii) Removing an existing brick surround fireplace and re-plastering.
iii) Remove existing carpet and lay a laminate floor.
iv) Move aerial and power sockets.
