Room 1: Ground floor already converted garage.
a) Coving installation, 4m x 2.5m dimensions approximate
b) Architrave around door and door hanging.
c) Skirting board fitted, 4m x 2.5m dimensions approximate.
d) Lino to be fitted to small 1m by 3m en-suite coming off this room, then skirting to be fitted too.

Room 2: Lounge diner.
a) 20sq meters of laminate flooring (about half the room) to be lifted up, but laminate will need to be cut in-situ in order for the laminate that needs to be lifted to be lifted. Also, 3 cuts will be needed (two straigt one diagonal) and trim fitted to allow carpet fitter to fit new carpet up to it, where laminate has been removed.

Room 3: Upstairs en-suite
a) Lino to be fitted to small 1m by 3m en-suite coming off this room, then skirting to be fitted too.

All materials for all jobs supplied, except maybe glues for skirting and architrave and coving cement (whatever it is called).
