Plaster 1 bedroom ceiling and lay laminate flooring

ceiling to be taken down in a large approx. 13x13 room due to water damage. New boards would need to be fitted and ceiling plastered/skimmed and then painted to original state.
Laminate flooring also to be laid if possible would like a quote for both jobs.
Roof above house is currently been repaired so work to commence as soon as roof is fixed and watertight.
