Sanding floors

We would like four rooms in our 30s semi to be sanded and varnished. The boards are in good condition.
Bedroom 1 approx 12' 8" x 11' 0" (3.86m x 3.35m)
Bedroom 2 approx 8' 5" x 7' 9" (2.57m x 2.36m)
Living room approx 12' 8" x 11' 9" (3.86m x 3.5)
Dining room approx 12' 9" x 11' 9" (3.89m x 3.58m
We would like the work to start w/c 29th September. If you are able to provide a quote by email based on the room sizes, that would be ideal.
