Lining painting and papering hallway, landing and 2 rooms

Hi, we are looking to have our hallway decorated. Ceilings painted and lining paper and paint on all but 1 wall then a feature wall with patterned wallpaper up the side of the stairs. There are some bits of plaster falling off but overall it's in fairly good shape I think. I am also interested in pricing up for a bedroom to be lined and painted (poss with 1 feature wallpapered wall) and a downstairs living room being lined and painted too (ceilings in both rooms painted). It's a 1930's semi with typical sized rooms. It's extended so the landing is slightly bigger than typical 3 bed. Door frames and spindles and skirting needs painting too.
