I have a claim approved for water damage to internal walls the view able damage is to the living room the un view able damage is in the other rooms. The sewers have been repaired in two places. A survey sample was taken from the living room and contained nitrates. The quote needs to include any other water damage found in the Bathroom - Kitchen - Living room - Hall space - Dining room - porch and cellar approx lengths are 56 feet ground floor and 12 feet cellar. The bathroom and kitchen might include all walls as the sewer collapse at the rear of the house could have contaminated the back and right side of the building. The whole right side of the house where the sewer runs from the back to the front the whole length was sleeved by the water board as the joints were leaking.
I would like the tradesman to supply all fittings/materials
