how much would you charge labour only for the following job.
Job description
Property currently has regular heating system, job is as follows:
Install a Baxi Platinum 28 HE Combi boiler complete with Horizontal flue in kitchen in place of old Glowworm Fuel saver Regular boiler.
(Boiler located at back of house gas meter a front)
Power flush system of 6 Radiators
Radiators to be fitted with TRV's and lockshield valves. Install Wireless programmable room thermostat and receiver.
Ensure all necessary connections to hot/cold water supply and gas supply are made.
Disconnect, removal and disposal of existing boiler and duct work (where possible).
Disconnect, removal and disposal of existing hot water cylinder and cold feed tanks.
Test and balance system.
Boiler,TRV's, Lockshields, Wireless thermo, Flue all supplied. Not yet purchased, quote separately from above please.
Supply all necessary cooper pipes, fixings and connectors for job.
