Cold water pipe leak under kitchen sink

Horizontal cold water pipe under kitchen sink has about a dozen water droplets along a 12 inch length. Not sure how long this has been leaking, but the floor and cupboard are wet and I believe this may be the cause of damp and musty smell in the kitchen.
