missing tile and felt damaged

Tile moved with the wind slide down roof left the felt bare birds have pecked at felt leaving a gapping hole about 10 inches in turn causing our bedroom ceiling to discolour with the rain detached house/ladder/pitched roof /need quote for insurance purposes asap
