Standpipe needs adjusting-w.mach wastepipe keeps coming out

I had a w/m delivered this morning and I need the standpipe to be adjusted and fixed to the wall to stop the wastepipe from coming out and leaking. A 2 minute job apparently for someone who knows what they are doing.....
