4ft by 4ft rendering and pebble dashing

Hi i have rain water leaking into my living room by the window, british gas said theres no pipes leaking under floor boards and the problem lies outside where the rendering is showing signs of small holes and cracks in the pebble dashing. I need a small patch taken of and rendered with pebble dashing to fix problem
