Bathroom 1m wall: Around sink make good to skirtings and wall, redecorate
Hallway 1m wall: Take off skirting renew, replaster damaged wall, redecorate
Bedroom 6m x 4m: Skirting to right hand side take off and renew, remove damaged plasterboard along wall and renew, replaster where damaged, redecorate
Property was renovated new 2 years ago so condition is very good.
Work to be carried out ASAP
