Lay kitchen tiles just under 8m2 area with 60 x 60cm tiles

The floor is smooth concrete. I just have the tiles so the labourer would need to provide the grout/adhesive and a tool to cut any tiles. The tiles are 60 x 60cm so it should be a reasonably quick job.
