Large shed/summerhouse needs damp/rot repair

Have approx 3m x 6m large shed at bottom of garden it's fairly new, roof seems ok and we've just painted it all outside yet it's got black rotting areas - we think wet rot. Put wet rot hardener on and stopped finite fungus growing back. Needs someone to come and find out source of problem and fix it ASAP please!
