kitchen - approx. 12 x 12 small bathroom = both ceilings with special paint utility room approx. 6 x 5
bedroom and lounge approx. 12 x 12
All walls are wallpapered (tiled bathroom)- walls need wash over behind radiators and some very small areas wallpaper stuck back before painting over
