Garden Wall Renewal

I have a perimeter garden wall 2-2.5m high, and approx 40m in total length (wrapped around 3 sides of my property). I believe this to be structurally sound, but visually it has deteriorated. Need to look at what can be done, and whether re-pointing / rendering is required.
