platering, 1 small square boxing around a pipe and coving

Hello I would like someone to come and do plastering for a ceiling which is 4.09m(13'5) x 4.49m(14'8) narrowing to 3.67m(12'0). The boxing is approximately 4ft x 2.6ft (I have bought the timber and plasterboard already) and coving (I have bought the coving). I am looking for someone who will complete the job for £150 and also have their own plaster. This is non negotiable, I have given all the measurements so no extra quotes please.
