Hi,

We’re looking for someone who can visit the property to assess the problems and provide a quote including materials and labour cost for necessary works.

We’re in process of leasing a takeaway shop in West derby road (L6). We’re looking for someone, ideally who has an experience in commercial property to give us a quote for re-decorate ground floor takeaway shop (40SQ.M). This is including;
- Routine tenancy in-going checks (Electricity, Water, Boiler and Gas).
- Extraction Fan check
- Removal and lay a new floor for the front area approximately 25 SQ.M
- Kitchen fitted
- Build a new counter (Kitchen work top)
- And all other necessary works
We had been informed that there’s no electricity at the moment because the fuse on circuit board has blown out. So, you might need to change fuse to get electricity working in order to carry all these checks and give us a quote.
