Electricity supply to shed

Hello,
I would like to put power to my shed (1 light fitting and around 4-8 sockets) the shed is around 20m away (as the crow flies or around 30-40m away if you have to go trail around the garden) from the fuse box which has one spare space.
The property is a new build and i would like the work done sometime in June prefferably.
