Supply, Fix and Extend Loft Hatch & Ladder

I'm looking to have a fitted ladder (preferably wooden, I've seen a couple online that I could buy myself). But I'd need the loft hatch made bigger and the ladder fitted.
The area is for storage, I don't have planning permission (but I believe I don't require it for this job?).
No urgency, but if the price is right, will be willing to do it sooner rather than later.
