Detect and fix leak from under floor heating pipes

Our parquet flooring in the hallway started to come up. After lifting up a few sections we notice some water droplets. We have the heating pipes underneath the floor so it could be the moisture making the floor expand and warp. Before we relay a new floor we want to confirm there's no leak or fix the leak(!)
