Dishwasher and flooring fitting

Hi there,
We would like to make some changes to our kitchen and lay some flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Specific details below:
- fit dishwasher by removing cupboard under the sink and fitting from scratch (unsure about current plumbing/pipes situation!). We've been advised this may include replacing the sink.
- replace cupboard with smaller version next to newly fitted dishwasher
- lay flooring in kitchen (laminate style) - specs for kitchen as a room are 10'2 by 5'5 (total so this includes cupboards etc and floor space will be much smaller)
- lay flooring in bathroom - similar to kitchen, total room specs are 7'5 x 4'6 (again floor space will be smaller!)
