take down and rebuild 4mlong x 80cm high garden wall

1. take down old garden wall and flatten the 16m2 area between the hedge growing along the wall and the house in preparation to us laying fake grass - remove bricks that cannot be reused and any excess soil-
2. build same height brickwall to fit between the solid square pillars at each end of falling down wall
3. patch up 3.50 m x 60 cm cement path from front gate to front door
4. to be discussed : install a small iron gate providing access to garden next door.
