I am looking for a competitive hourly rate I have a list of jobs that need completing below is just to give a flavour of skills required:
Sand down fire surround.
Stain wooden fire surround.
Clean brass trim round fire.
Put up 4m of feather board.
Repair a door ( needs gluing at the bottom).
Put a new latch on gate.
Replace bathroom sink(tiles are behind sink).
Fix window in the bathroom replace work surface in kitchen
In total I think it will be about 32 hrs work, I have obtained a quote but felt the hourly rate being requested was high
I am just looking for a quote for hourly rate, before proceeding with exact quotes.
