Purchasing a property, homebuyer report highlights last electrical installation check done in 2010. Please quote for new check, along with possible attention to defects in report, namely: consumer unit does not contain modern cut off devices; some cracked and broken power sockets; some cabling covered by thermal insulation; not enough sockets for modern requirements - cost of additional sockets?
We would like this quoted with a view to renegotiation of purchase price to accommodate the required work. Thanks, Mark
