Build Brick Pier for Letterbox

Good afternoon,
I would like to enquire as to the cost for building a Brick Pier 1 meter in height and 3 bricks wide for the purpose of having a letterbox and collection box built into the cavity.
I would require the letter box and collection box to be installed as part of the brick pier being built. I would be providing the letter box and collection box myself
