We will need laminate flooring completed in the kitchen and dînning room. Kitchen is 380x260cm and dînning room is 330x280cm. Our old flooring currently sits under the skirting board, as we are not a fan of beading. We would like the same with the new floor. I'm not sure if we would have to remove the existing skirting board or if you are able to install the new floor without removing this.

We also need the lounge walls re-painting. The lounge is 570x280cm. One wall in the lounge is 570cm long, this will need the skirting board replacing and the wall may need a stain blocker and slightly sanding down as it has had slight water stain.
