Remove pavement bricks and external render, insert airbricks

1. Remove pavement bricks along the facade of a mid-terraced Victorian house and lower ground level to expose the damp-proof course. The ditch will be 1 m wide, 3.5 m long and ground level should be 15 cm below the damp-proof course.
2. Reveal air-bricks or install if none can be found.
3. Remove external textured render on the front brick wall from the ground level up to below the ground floor window.
