Skylight on flat roof has been cut, and remaining skylight leaks into flat under undetermined rain conditions.
So job is a quote for:
- Determining conditions for leaking
- Assess if electric light fitting has been affected
- Stop leaking from skylight
- Repaint the light-well in the flat, because the leak has come into the flat
- If needed, replace the previously mentioned electric fitting in the light-well beneath the skylight
